vitamins and fruits!!

fruits are one of the most essential source of vitamins. they contain almost all the necessary vitamin that our body needs.

vitamin a: apple, orange,kiwi

helps in good eyesight and stimulates  immune system

vitamin b1:  banana, lemon,pineapple

helps convert carbohydrate to energy and proper functioning of heart, lungs etc

vitamin b2: kiwi (most fruits doent have substantial amount of it though)

development of red blood cells and proper reproduction

vitamin b3: kiwi,peach, banana,watermelon

proper functioning of digestive system and nervous system.

vitamin c: plum,lemon,strawberry,orange,mango

reduces risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer.

vitamin e:banana, apple,blackberries

antioxidant which protects the cells and tissues from damages
