Thinning out or staying healthy!!!??…

Slim is In!! This has become more of a goal for many girls (and guys as well!!) including myself . Whereever we turn be it the television or radio or just walk down a lane bill boards we are definite to find at least one advertisement that will talk about miracle pills or energy drinks patch and what not!. But is this a healthy feeling is what I ask myself, being one of those people who would love to give an eye and ear for going size 0? And a NO flashes immediately in front of me! You don’t lose anything by sweating it all out ironically plays itself the other way here – You can lose a lot if you sweat it all out. Following a healthy diet plan coupled with some regular exercise does the magic on anybody. Effects might show itself a little late but from a personnel point of view I am sure you will start to feel the difference not just in the way you look but incorporating a healthy life style is more a feel good factor than trying to get back in shape. This probably might sound as too much to ask for but if we can pull ourselves to do any kind of work out (this could even be cleaning the apartment) for a little while everyday and controlling our cravings for comfort foods to a bare minimum, then there is nothing like it.
