Low-carbohydrate diets
Low carb diets, encourage the replacement of proteins and fats to complement the deficit from carbohydrates in the diet. The key to attaining this diet is to eat healthy food but with low carbohydrate content in them such as green leafy vegetables, fruits, etc. To achieve this, one has to survive on animal fat or other fats. This may result in a growth in the intake of the daily proteins. Too much of protein intake is bad for health too. So, there should be a limit at which the protein content should be taken. However, eating low-carb food is not so easy to do. Therefore, a balanced food list and eating structure is very much required to keep up with this diet scheme. There are a lot of low-carb foods available in the market which can be bought, but must be made sure that they are healthy before consumption.
