Make a few changes at a time to allow your body to adjust to the change naturally.Don’t focus all your energy onto the carbohydrates you can’t eat, instead figure out simple foods that you can eat. If you had been eating healthy before, this shouldn’t be much of a problem as you’ll only need to make a few drastic changes, such as substituting starch with vegetables.
