All you need to do is to balance all the levels of proteins, carbo hydrates and fat that exists in your diet.In addition to this, when possible, you have to eat leaning protein rich foods like chicken, fish, eggs and more than that you have to eat more and more vegetables. This will help you a lot. You should also keep having grain foods which have balanced carbo hydrates and also all sorts of dairy products. You should not remove them from your diet. If you do so, then you are risking your proper nutrition.
