Snack: Two small pieces of fruit (like plums), or one medium piece of fruit

Dinner: One serving of cooked spaghetti (one cup); one-half cup of spaghetti sauce; salad consisting of four cups of greens and a light salad dressing

Snack: One medium piece of fruit
