Be active

People who are really serious about losing weight must always be active. We muct get outside and do a lot of stuff. There must nevr be a dull moment. Women over 40 wanting to lose weight benefit from being active. Fresh air, exercise, sunshine – it all does wonders for the hormone system, and therefore for your post-40 weight loss. And instead of sitting down to a calorie-laden fast food meal, why not enjoy a walk on your lunch break? You’ll get outside in the fresh air, you’ll get some exercise, and you’ll find you really didn’t want to do the fast food thing anyway.
